Acceptable Location, Noticeable Issues
malfunctioning safe peeling paint
The location proved convenient for accessing nearby attractions and dining options.
I found some aspects of the room disappointing. The in-room safe malfunctioned , and it required multiple calls to resolve (this was quite inconvenient). The bathroom fixtures showed signs of wear, including a cracked sink and some peeling paint.

sufficient space amazing view
the room had sufficient counter space for my weekend stay. the restaurant offered an amazing view.. i wish i had tried the food there.
the hotel, while staffed well, could use a refresh.

mini fridge fitness amenities quick ride
My room included a mini fridge! also, i got a microwave when i asked. the fitness amenities are really great! i loved the hotel's location too. It's perfect for seeing the island, and a super quick ride to other places.
the preauthorization fee can take days to drop!

friendly staff helpful staff easy access quiet room limited equipment worn carpets room thermostat
the location was good with easy access to the public market. the staff were friendly and helpful . the room was quiet.
the gym had limited equipment and only a few light dumbbells were available. the hallway carpets looked worn and could use replacement. the room thermostat was difficult to adjust and the temperature remained too warm.

helpful staff comfy bed nice shower basic room no microwave high price
the front desk staff was helpful. they even delivered our luggage while i was out exploring. the bed was super comfy and the shower was nice (i loved it!). the location is great for exploring granville island.
the room was clean but pretty basic for the price. i also noticed there was no microwave. the room had a best western vibe and i expected more for the money i paid.
